What is Walkabout Burlington about?
As I've quoted the lines of Crocodile Dundee here, a Walkabout is a walking journey, an excursion, they hinted at possibly a spiritual journey...
Last year I spent a lot of time downtown Burlington just walking around, taking in all the little things that you don't see when you are driving by. From the small local shops, the tiny pieces of cups embedded in to the cement on the sidewalk, to the open air farmer's market...life is wonderful in downtown Burlington, especially in the summer.
So, as the weather is starting to warm up...we've had our rain and wind the past couple of days...the forecast is looking good to get out and enjoy walking, running, patios, etc.
So here begins my Walkabout Burlington Blog...I hope you enjoy what I see too!
I will post some of my favourite pics from last year, and hope to start the new pics on Sunday.
